How Your Custom Piece Comes to Life
You’ve fallen in love with the jewellery you’ve seen here at Fifi and the Peacock and now you’re wondering, could I have something made just for me?
The answer is absolutely yes, and here’s how it works.
The process at Fifi and the Peacock is a little different to anything you’ve probably come across before and that’s exactly the point.
It starts with a conversation. If you’re local, let’s meet for a coffee, any excuse! If you’re further afield, a video call or even a few messages back and forth will get us started. There are no forms to fill in, no mood boards required. Just a chat about you, your style, and what you have in mind.
You’ll probably already have some ideas; a colour, a gemstone, a style you’ve seen in the collection that caught your eye. That’s more than enough to get started. I don’t draw designs on paper (I’d honestly spend forever trying to make the sketch perfect) so instead I get the tools out and the gemstones and start bringing your ideas to life straight away.
If you have a loose idea in mind, I’ll create two or three different versions for you to look at and we’ll work together from there, narrowing it down until we land on something that feels completely and unmistakably you.
Sometimes the result surprises even the customer. One client recently came to me having fallen in love with three different hatpins from the collection and together we created something new that wove elements of all three into one beautiful, completely original piece. That’s the magic of the process.
